Stewart Knight – Commercial Maintenance Manager

Stewart is our longest serving employee – having joined the company  22 years ago.

Stewart’s vast experience within the industry has significantly helped to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and to develop the business. His desire and work ethics match our view that only the highest standard of service is acceptable.

Managing all commercial sites, Stewart ensures that all staff carry out every instruction to detail, following the maintenance schedule set out that each site – large or small – requires.

Having Stewart manage each site personally ensures that the customer has  complete confidence that they are receiving the highest standard of service possible.

David Maloney – Contracts Manager

David joined the company 17 years ago bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. David oversees our commercial landscaping operations working with each client to ensure we meet their requirements and that each project is completed on time.

David also oversees our residential services and this ensures through his management the we offer the highest standards of service to our residential clients. By having David manage these operations and by continuing the traditions of exceeding expectations we continue to grow our loyal customer base.

Colette Young – Accounts Manager

Our accounts were outsourced to Style Accounting in 2007. Colette’s  experience has introduced a greater level of expertise and financial control which benefits both ourselves and our customers.

Simon Merrick – Managing Director

By adhering to the basic principles when starting the business as a sole trader, Simon has guided DGS through over twenty five years of steady growth by the desire to offer the highest standard of service possible at extremely competitive rates.

Use of the simple analogy that 99% right is 100% wrong has been the leading factor for the continued success and excellent reputation we have acquired over the years. Placing faith in its employees, and rewarding their loyalty and hard work, has resulted in keeping key staff in place and building stronger relationships with clients over the years, and Simon sees this as ever more vital as the company builds further in the years to come.
